480 Queen Street

480 Queen Street is a 32-storey commercial tower providing 55,000m2 of office space that redefines the relationship between workplace and public realm. With its vertical village model, featuring Australia’s first in-building parkland and rooftop tree grove, the site invites both workers and the wider community into a shared civic experience.
