The design of the new Food Court at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital includes signage that provides a respite from the hospital environment. A simple graphic belt rail of food descriptors runs over a large wall graphic of food drawings and provides definition to the restaurant space. A text of food preparation methods helps screen the staff dining area and precedes the food counters whilst signage at food outlet counters uses simple food drawings as a descriptive of what's beneath in the bain-maries.Download Project Sheet [560 KB]
